Kobushi Magnolia Mug Cup / Medium

This Magnolia Mug is adorned with a softly colored magnolia flower, hand-painted prominently at the center of the cup. Each blossom is created using the “Dami” technique—a traditional Japanese sometsuke (blue-and-white porcelain) method where a thick brush is used like a dropper to produce flowing, expressive strokes.

Each flower is painted with care by hand, ensuring that no two mugs are exactly alike. The presence of this gentle magnolia adds warmth and charm to daily tea or coffee time, making every sip more enjoyable.

The mug body is shaped using the casting (slip casting) method, resulting in a thin and lightweight form that is both easy to use and highly practical. The integrated handle offers a comfortable grip, while the flat base ensures stability. From children to the elderly, this mug is designed to be safe and pleasant for everyday use.
